If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers were beautiful and fresh! The arrangement was eye-catching and fit in with my Christmas decor. The shop owner was very accommodating to my wishes. I will purchase flowers from The Bloom Nest again.
